Taylor Michel Momsen was born on 26 July 1993 in St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.
She is an American actress, musician, and model. Her first notable role was Cindy Lou Who in "How the Grinch Stole Christmas".
In 2007 she plays Jenny Humphrey in The series Gossip Girl, during 3 seasons, but she is not announced for the season 4, probably to give more time to her rock band The Pretty Reckless.
