Willa Joanna Chance Holland was born on 18 June 18 1991 in Los Angeles. She is an American model and actress who played in The O.C Tv Serie as Kaitlin Cooper, Marissa Cooper's ( played by Mischa Barton ) younger sister.
She also appeared in as Agnes Andrews on Tv Serie Gossip Girl.
Before making her first step on Tv, she was model in Ford Modeling Agency, since age of 7.
In 2010 she have role on theater movies, Legion, Straw Dogs & L.A. Candy.
